along I-95 between Springfield and Fredericksburg.

To find LCOC, take the I-95 exit for Dale City onto Dale Boulevard.  Follow Dale Boulevard to Cloverdale Road and turn left at the light.  Follow Cloverdale Road to LCOC, on the right, at 15008 Cloverdale Road.
